Official Opening
The Industrial Forum TECHNO-SUMMER 2026 was Successfully Held in Khabarovsk from 14 to 16 May.
The Forum brought together specialized exhibitions and education festivals in the same venue, and became a real center of attraction for enterprises from different parts of Russia. 120 companies from 15 regions, including Altai, Tatarstan, the Urals, Siberia, and Central Russia presented their products and services. The business program, rich in both content and formats (seminars, discussion panels, presentations, workshops, professional skills competitions, the Vendor Fair, the Electrician Day), attracted over 9,000 visitors — representatives of leading industrial, construction, and road construction companies not only from the Far East and Siberia, but also from Central Russia.

TECHNO-SUMMER 2026 Forum has once again confirmed its status as the most important platform for stimulating regional economy by creating space for new ideas and building business alliances.
Official Opening
The following guests were present on the official opening ceremony: Dary Tyurin, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Khabarovsk Region; German Tyutyukov, Minister of Energy of the Khabarovsk Region; Alexey Paramonov, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Khabarovsk Region; Tatiana Veretennikova, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Khabarovsk Region (Far East); Vladimir Vasilyev, Chairman of the Far East Organization Association "Union of Architects of Russia"; and Dmitry Nikitin, General Director of the RESTEC Exhibition Company.
After the ceremony, guests of honor, including German Tyutyukov, Minister of Energy of the Khabarovsk Region, examined the exhibition with great interest. During the tour, they received detailed information on innovative solutions, state-of-the-art equipment, and high-potential projects presented by participants.
Guests of honor and specialists paid special attention to exhibits of the 24th Specialized Exhibition "Power Industry of Far East. Energy Saving", and the 16th Multi-Industry Exhibition "Automation. Security. Communication." The events were organized by RESTEC Exhibition Company and Khabarovsk International Fair.
Participants of the Exhibitions
Over 40 companies took part in the exhibitions, including Far Eastern Generating Company, Khabarovsk Repair and Assembly Company, MES Vostoka, Transneft — Far East, PromEnergo, Vzljot Region, MIR RMA, Izolyator Company Group, Taipit — IP, Energoprom-Alians, ANTRAKS SRDE, Energo Alians Far East, ISTEK, ZETA, Elektrotekhnika i Avtomatika Plant, Gorizont Plus RMA, Sintez Company Group, and others. For the first time, the regional exposition of enterprises of the Altay Region organized by the Altay Cluster of Power Machinery Construction and Energy-Efficient Technologies was presented at the Exhibition.
The exhibitions have become not only a platform for presentation of modern solutions for production, construction and fuel and energy complex, but also a meeting place where industry experts could exchange experiences and negotiate the current status of the industry and perspectives of its further development.
Business Program
One of the main events of the business program was "Power Industry of the Far East: yesterday, today, and tomorrow" discussion panel. It was organized by the Ministry of Energy of the Khabarovsk Region, Khabarovsk Repair and Installation Company, and Far Eastern Generating Company.
The meeting was moderated by Alexander Chipizubov, First Deputy Minister of Energy of the Khabarovsk Region. The discussion panel included presentations on relevant issues, from building new sites and personnel recruitment to innovative solutions in fields of energy accounting, battery diagnostics, and eco-friendly coal combustion. Technologies for gas motor fuel and gas engine generators use, as well as integrated security systems, have been presented. Representatives of FEGC JSC, KhRAC JSC, Barnaulenergomash, PromEnergo, I-TOR, Akku Vertrieb, MC-Bauchemie, Energokabel Plant, AltaiDizelMash, Complex Business Service, M1 Plant, TRASSIR, and other companies were among the speakers.
For the first time, the Electrician Day that attracted over a hundred of specialists from Khabarovsk and other cities was held place as part of Power Industry of Far East Exhibition.
As per tradition, the Supplier Exchange was also organized at the Exhibition. Key players of the energy and oil & gas sector of the Far East, including FEGC, Rosseti — MES Vostoka, FEDC, Transneft — Far East and KhRAC, were presented as buyers. This program has successfully facilitated establishing partner relationships between major regional energy companies and suppliers from various regions of Russia (participants of the exhibition and the business program) by stimulating development of industrial cooperation.
As part of the Exhibition, the second regional multi-industry festival of engineering projects "Energetik" took place. It was organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Khabarovsk Region and the Regional Model Center. The festival brought together specialists of the energy industry, students of industry-specific schools, and everyone interested in development of the industry in the region.
The TECHNO-SUMMER Forum ended with the award ceremony for winners of the contest "Gold Medal of the Khabarovsk International Fair." Two participants of the exhibition "Power Industry of Far East", MIR RMA and Barnaulenergomash LLC, received diplomas and gold medals in the "Industry Goods" category.

Organizers of the exhibition "Khabarovsk International Fair" and RESTEC Exhibition Company (St. Petersburg) express their appreciation for administrative and organizational support to the Ministry of Energy of the Khabarovsk Region, the Administration of Khabarovsk, Chamber of Industry and Commerce of the Far East and Chamber of Industry and Commerce of St. Petersburg, and the Chief Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for Khabarovsk Region.
To sum up results of the events, it is worth noting that the exhibitions have demonstrated high efficiency by becoming a powerful mechanism for developing economic partnerships between companies of the region and creating space for an open and productive opinion exchange between the market players.
We thank all the participants and guests of the events and invite them to the 25th anniversary specialized exhibition "Power Industry of Far East. Energy Saving", and the 17th multi-industry exhibition "Automation. Security. Communication" that will take place in May 2027.
